Shipping
We carefully pack and ship every order from our studio in India.
Each block, skein, ribbon and fabric is wrapped with care so it reaches you safely.

Packing time: 1–3 working days. Each order is packed by hand.

Delivery time: usually 2–3 weeks. Every order is tracked.

Shipping costs

We currently ship to the UK, the US, the EU and India.

Tracking: once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Customs & duties: our parcels are small and low in value, and so far none of our customers has been asked to pay customs fees. Import rules are set by each country, though, so we can’t guarantee this. If you’re ever charged on delivery, email us and we’ll help.

We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but customs checks or postal disruptions can occasionally cause delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Craftamma product is handmade, unique and created with care.

Because of this, we can only accept returns in specific cases:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund once the return is approved.
To start a return, email us at info@craftamma.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
