Shipping
We carefully pack and ship every order from our studio in India.
Each skein, ribbon, and fabric is wrapped with care to make sure it reaches you safely and beautifully.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Each order is packed by hand, so please allow a few days before dispatch.

Shipping method: We ship via reliable international couriers with full tracking.
Estimated delivery:

India: 3–7 business days

International: 10–17 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Customs & duties: We ship all orders so you will not have to pay any customs duties or import tariffs on delivery.

We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but please note that unforeseen customs delays or postal disruptions can occasionally occur.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Craftamma product is handmade, unique, and created with care.

Because of this, we can only accept returns in specific cases:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund once the return is approved.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
