Craft Supplies with Soul

We believe craft should be slow, honest, and full of soul.
While traveling through rural India, our founder Zak discovered women transforming old saris into long, colorful ribbons. That spark of creativity inspired Craftamma, which has grown to include hand-spun yarns from sari silk, cotton, nettle, and hemp.

Our Journey with Etsy

Craftamma began on Etsy while we were based in Finland, and for over a decade, it was our creative home. When we moved back to India, Etsy’s payment changes made it impossible for us to continue operating the shop. What started as a challenge became an opportunity, to build our own space, where our artisans’ work could shine and our connection with you could grow even stronger.
