Q1: What materials are your products made from?

We use sari silk, cotton, nettle, and hemp to hand-spin our yarns and hand-stitch our ribbons. All materials are sustainably sourced, with a focus on repurposing textiles wherever possible.

Q2: Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! We use discarded saris, natural fibers, and eco-conscious dyeing processes to reduce waste and support sustainable craft practices.

Q3: Are your products suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our ribbons and yarns can be used by crafters of all levels, from beginners to advanced artisans.

Orders & Shipping

Q4: How long does shipping take?

We pack each order by hand within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks, and every order is tracked.

Q5: Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to the UK, the US, the EU and India. UK: £4.90, free over £30. US: US$6.90, free over US$35. EU: €9, free over €50. India: ₹100, free over ₹750. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Q6: Will I have to pay customs duties or tariffs?

Our parcels are small and low in value, and so far none of our customers has been asked to pay customs fees. Import rules are set by each country, though, so we can’t guarantee this. If you’re ever charged on delivery, email us and we’ll help.

Q7: Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Q8: What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and dyed nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue.

Q9: Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are possible for damaged items only. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
