We use sari silk, cotton, nettle, and hemp to hand-spin our yarns and hand-stitch our ribbons. All materials are sustainably sourced, with a focus on repurposing textiles wherever possible.

Orders & Shipping

Q4: How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic shipments typically take 3–7 business days, and international orders can take 10–21 business days.

Q5: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Flat shipping at $5 and Free Shipping over $35

Q6: Will I have to pay customs duties or tariffs?

No! We ship all orders so that you will receive them without having to pay any additional customs duties or tariffs.

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Q7: What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and dyed nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue.

Exchanges are possible for damaged items only. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
