Folk Woodland Deer Wooden Printing Block

Woodland Deer - 8cm

With its curling antlers, alert stance and richly patterned body, this deer has the character of an old woodland folk illustration.
Every detail, from the layered decorative markings to the fine spots and swirls, is carved into the surface by hand.
Hand carved in India, this wooden printing block creates a distinctive impression on fabric, pottery, paper, clay and card.
A lovely choice for nature-inspired textile projects, handmade wrapping, ceramics and other creative work.
